Boris Shimanovsky has served as our EVP, Chief Technology Officer since July 2022. Prior to assuming his role, Mr Shimanovsky served as our Chief Technology Officer from June 2020 to July 2022. From 2008 to 2020, Mr. Shimanovsky served as the Chief Technology Officer at Factual, Inc., a location data company. From 1998 to 2008, Mr. Shimanovsky served as Chief Technology Officer at Xap Corporation, an education company. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Shimanovsky cofounded and worked at Chronos Software Group, a company that operated a suite of websites focused on software. Mr. Shimanovsky holds a BS in Physiological Science and an MS in Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
